You focus on cooking. ForkSignal handles the setup.

After your vendor application is approved, pay securely before work begins. Our team prepares your listing from your menu, prices and photos. You review it before it’s applied.

  • Initial staff setup of one profile and up to 20 menu items.
  • Resize and prepare up to 10 supplied images, including your optional banner.
  • Two digital QR layouts: flyer and truck magnet. Printing and shipping are separate.
  • One revision round and a 30-minute handoff session.
  • 30 days of Premium from your agreed launch, activated by an admin. No automatic paid renewal.

Estimated first preview: 3–5 business days after payment and receipt of all required materials. Your response time and revisions may extend completion; staff confirm your handoff date. Contact support about cancellation or refunds before purchasing.

For initial setup only: your approved business must have an empty menu and no previously applied assisted setup. This package cannot overwrite, replace or merge an existing storefront or menu. If your storefront is already set up, contact support to discuss specific updates and a separate quote before booking. Keep your current menu; do not delete it to qualify.

The package limits cover our initial setup work. Add more menu items and photos yourself afterward—no per-edit setup charge. Extra done-for-you help is quoted separately.

Free self-service setup remains available. Open the step-by-step vendor guide. The setup fee covers staff assistance; it does not purchase extra exposure or guarantee customers or sales. Requests do not charge you or bypass approval. Pay $149 USD once, plus applicable tax. Staff confirm your scope before work begins. Premium is optional after the included trial.

What to have ready

  • Your business name, operator name, and contact phone number.
  • Your operating location, cuisine, and a short business and menu overview.
  • Your permit or licence reference and allergen and food-safety statement.
  • A current truck photo: JPG, PNG, or WebP, up to 5 MB.

From application to your first pickup

  1. Sign in and submit your truck’s details for review.
  2. Follow your application status and respond if the team requests more information.
  3. After approval, set up your menu, serving details, and accepted payment methods before going live.

Submitting an application does not publish your truck or start a Premium subscription. Pickup orders are paid directly at the truck.
